ALOHA CUP

 
1 ½ oz. Rum
1 ½ oz. Pineapple Juice
2 oz. Sweet & Sour
½ oz. Orgeat Syrup

Blend all ingredients and serve

in a 15 oz. snifter. Garnish with a 

pineapple wedge, a sprig of mint

and a swizzle stick . Enjoy!!!

 

Blue Hawaii

 
1 oz. Rum
½ oz. Blue Curacao
½ oz. Lemon Juice
1 oz. Pineapple Juice

Blend these ingredients and use a

little fresh pineapple. Build it in a tall

14 oz. glass over crushed ice.

Serve with a sugar cane swizzle stick.

 

Harpooner's Holiday

 

2 oz. Rum
1 oz. Rum
¼ oz. Brandy
1 oz. Lemon Juice
¼ oz. Grenadine Syrup

  ½ oz. Pineapple Juice

Dash of Orange Curacao

¼ oz. Dark Rum 151°

Pour all but the 151o rum to a large

brandy snifter and fill with crushed ice.

Mix thoroughly and float remaining rum on top.

Garnish with a pineapple finger and serve

with a small sugar cane swizzle stick.

 

Hukilau

 

1 oz. Rum
1 oz. Dark Rum
½ oz. Orgeat Syrup
Juice of ½ Lemon

Fill the blender with crushed ice.

Serve in 14 oz. tall glass with

sugar cane swizzle stick.

Garnish with an orange slice.

 

Man in the Sea

 

1 ½  oz. Rum
½ oz. Orange Curacao
½ oz. Orange Juice
½ oz. Pineapple Juice

½ oz. Guava Juice

1 oz. Sweet & Sour

Grapefruit Juice

Pour all ingredients except the Grapefruit juice

into a 14 oz. Mai Tai glass over crushed ice.

Mix well.  Float about ½ oz. of

Grapefruit Juice on top. Garnish with a pineapple

wedge, cherry, and squeeze of lime.

Serve with straw and sugar cane swizzle stick

 

 

Maui Fizz

 

1 oz. Rum
2 oz. Dry Sherry
Dashes of Sweet Cream

Pour the ingredients into the blender and

strain into a fizz glass. Garnish with orange

slice and cherry. Serve with

sugar cane swizzle stick.

 

Missionary's Downfall

 

1 oz. Rum
½ oz. Peach Liqueur
½ oz. Fresh Lime
½ oz. Honey
2 oz. Fresh or Canned

Pineapple Chunks
Mint Leaves

Blend all ingredients, including the pineapple

and mint leaves with crushed ice.

Serve in a cocktail glass with

a swizzle stick. Add more mint leaves.

 

Molokai Fogcutter

 

1 oz. Rum
½ oz. Dark Rum
2 oz. Pineapple Juice

Blend with crushed ice and serve in a

10 oz. collins glass with a sugar cane swizzle stick.

Garnish with mint sprig.

 

NALO SLAMMER

 

1 oz. Rum
2 oz. Coca Cola

In a short glass filled with Coca Cola, drop the Sugarcane shooter and drink.

 

PINO FIZZ

 

1 ½ oz. Rum
½ oz. Dark Rum
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
Juice of a Small Lime
½ oz. Orgeat Syrup
½ oz. Falernum

Use your blender with crushed ice to chill.

Serve in a 14 oz. tall glass and serve with a

swizzle stick and a pineapple finger.

 

Polynesian

 

1 ½ oz. Rum
1 oz. Passion Fruit Liqueur
1 tsp. Lemon Juice

This is a build-up drink served in a double

Old-Fashioned glass with a

sugar cane swizzle stick.

 

Rum Swizzle

 

1 oz. Rum
1 oz. Dark Rum
½ oz. Orgeat Syrup
½ oz. Falernum

A build-up drink served in a 14 oz. double

Old Fashion glass.

Garnish with mint and pineapple.

 

Shanghai Cocktail

 

2 oz. Rum
Juice of ½ Lemon
½ oz. Anisette
2 Dashes of Grenadine

Mix well with ice and strain into chilled

cocktail glass with small sugar cane swizzle stick.

Garnish with a cherry.
